Each obstacle must meet a different one of the following requirements.  (1. must move. 2. must jump onto obstacle that is 1 1/2 times shoulder height or 42", which ever is less. 3.  Must not be longer than the dog in any direction).  Dog must stay on obstacle for 2 seconds.
